Change will come. Sudden. Unasked for. Sometimes welcome, sometimes painful.

But here is what I have learnt. The change does not decide the outcome. Your response does.

The job you waited years for can lift your confidence and set your purpose alight. The loss you never saw coming can bring stress, anxiety and uncertainty. Both are real. Yet in both, you hold something powerful: your actions, your attitude, your next step.

So what do you do when life shifts? You focus on what you can control. You respond with courage, not panic. You let the season shape you instead of define you.
