About Sola
Sola Osinoiki is a business executive, adviser and author with more than 30 years in the technology industry. He began working in 1993 and has since built a career at the centre of HR technology, people analytics and data.
He has led global HR systems implementations and advised major international organisations as well as fast-growing small and medium-sized businesses. He has seen HR technology from every side: as a client, as an implementer and as a trusted adviser. That is rare, and it means his advice is practical, honest and built for real organisations.
